Twilio design management

I hired and onboarded all of Twilio SendGrid UX and worked closely with Product + Engineering partners.

Attentive design management

I managed designers on core product at Attentive.

Usability at Attentive

The first usability project on core product at Attentive. I focused on improving the automated messaging creation and management experiences.

Taking notes at AlphaSense

I designed an in-app notebook feature to facilitate users' workflow in the AlphaSense platform.

Car UX for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA)

I designed the interface and defined the user experience for users interacting with SiriusXM in the 2019 Dodge Ram 1500.

About me

I studied Urban & Regional Studies in my undergrad, which was my first introduction to design. I loved the concept of space - how we interact with space and how space interacts with us. Fast forward a few years where I found myself diving in deep with UX and never looking back. I enjoy problem solving real problems for real people. Most recently, I was a Design Manager at Twilio and before that I spent many years as a product designer.  

Currently, I'm interested in product design roles. I love solving user, product and business problems.
As a product designer, I am an efficient collaborator. I love conducting research studies, diving into behavioral patterns and clearly defining the why, so we can create the how. I love a good problem statement and if there isn't one, defining it. I enjoy finding solutions that also address business needs to ensure growth and retention.

Odds n' ends

I cofounded Collectively, a startup agency, and was the Director of Design from Jan 2017 - Feb 2019. Our company mission was to empower, partner and work with mission-driven organizations and companies.
I'm a West Coast transplant living in New York, NY. I miss sunsets back home, but the pizza is definitely better in NY.
I'll be honest, I spend a lot of my free time knitting. I've made enough hats to outfit a small village, plenty of scarves and in recent years I've been making my own sweaters.
Lime green is my favorite color if you couldn't tell already, albeit this is a nice muted shade of lime green...
